The Flying Blue Promo Awards and Miles and More Mileage Bargains are posted for April, 2016! Both of these programs offer discounts on Economy and Business Class fares of up to 50% the miles. Although the fees and surcharges tend to be a little bit higher than many airlines, at the discounted mileage, they can be bargains.
These are the top credit card offers for April 2016. Although some of them are not the best offers available historically on these cards, they are better than the normal offers. The only offers included in this list are offers higher than the normal signup bonus.
Now through June 15, 2016, you can get up to $350 cash back with the American Express Blue Cash Everyday and Blue Cash Preferred cards! How does it work? The Blue Cash Everyday has a signup bonus of $100 and the EveryDay Preferred has a signup bonus of $150, BUT you also can earn up to $200 in cash back from US wireless telephone service providers in 2016! You’ll earn 10% cash back up to the $200 maximum, which means $2,000 in spending.
American Express recently raised the signup bonus on the Starwood Preferred Guest cards to 35K Starpoints, and in this post I’m going to show you how you can get up to 166K Starpoints with the offers on these cards! These offers are set to expire on March 30, 2016, so NOW is the time to do this. Since you can only receive the signup bonus on all American Express cards once per lifetime, you should take advantage of these offers. For this to work, you will need to work with your spouse or significant other AND it also requires that neither of you have ever had one of the Starwood Preferred Guest cards.
For a limited time, through March 30, 2016, the Amex Starwood Preferred Guest is available with a 35K signup bonus! This is available on both the personal and business cards, and only to applicants who have never had the card previously. Per the new Amex rules, you can only receive the signup bonus once per lifetime on any given card.

I figured I would talk today about booking First Class on the A380 with Lufthansa. I travel to Germany frequently, and Lufthansa is one of my favorite carriers, despite the taxes and surcharges. Their premium cabin experience is much better than US airlines. The A380 also gives you the opportunity to fly on the upper deck!
Amex Business card bonuses are now also restricted to ONCE per lifetime! This is horrible news for many of us. The language for these offers used to read that if you have not had the card within the previous 12 months you could receive the bonus again, but now that language is missing from all of the business cards. It states that if you have had the product in the past, that you are not eligible to receive the bonus again.
I figured that I would take another look at the Club Carlson Premier Rewards Visa, and specifically compare it to the American Express Starwood Preferred Guest card. Currently, I am using my Starwood Preferred Guest card for non-bonus category purchases since Starpoints are worth so much. Of course with the Marriott purchase of Starwood, the future of the SPG program is unknown at this point. For this reason, I’m taking a look at what card I could use to replace my Starwood Preferred Guest card in case future changes in the SPG program make it a bad deal for everyday spending.
