United is great for booking award travel since they don’t charge high taxes or surcharges, and using United to book Lufthansa Business Class is great for other reasons as well. Sometimes you may be looking for award availability for more than 2 people, and this means that you can pretty much forget about First Class. The availability isn’t there. With Business Class, you have a chance to find award availability for a larger group. In this post, I’m going to share a recent award flight search for a group of 6 people.
These are the top credit card offers for March 2016. Although some of them are not the best offers available historically on these cards, they are better than the normal offers. The only offers included in this list are offers higher than the normal signup bonus.
I figured I would talk today about booking First Class on the A380 with Lufthansa. I travel to Germany frequently, and Lufthansa is one of my favorite carriers, despite the taxes and surcharges. Their premium cabin experience is much better than US airlines. The A380 also gives you the opportunity to fly on the upper deck!
As we posted last week, Chase may start applying the 5/24 rule to ALL of their cards starting in April. That means that if you have 5 or more new cards (including authorized users) in the previous 24 months, you will be denied for ANY new card application. In this post, I am going to highlight some of the better Chase cards that you should consider getting before the rule change.
These are the top credit card offers for February 2016. Although some of them are not the best offers available historically on these cards, they are better than the normal offers. The only offers included in this list are offers higher than the normal signup bonus.
There is currently a targeted United 50,000 mile offer on the MileagePlus Explorer card! I’ve written recently about the 50,000 mile offer on the MileagePlus Explorer Business card and also how to get the Club Card with the annual fee waived the first year, and now there is an additional United bonus. You may want to consider apply for both this AND the business card.
For a limited time, you can earn 15 United miles per dollar for doing your taxes! You may not even have all of your tax forms yet, but this is a great way to earn a bunch of miles for doing something that you need to do anyway. You might as well get your taxes done early this year, right?
Save 20-25% with the United Economy Class Saver award sale to Sydney! The sale ends on January 28, so there are only a few days left to book your flight. This is a great deal for such a long itinerary.
There is currently a targeted offer for the Chase United Club with the annual fee waived the first year. This card usually isn’t talked about that much because it typically does not offer a signup bonus and it comes with a $450 annual fee. It does, however, come with full United Club membership, worth $550 per year!
The United MileagePlus Explorer Business 50,000 mile bonus is back! The regular signup bonus on this card is only 30,000 miles, and although this offer comes back regularly, this is a great deal. The application link can be found below in the card details.
