These are the top credit card offers for April 2016. Although some of them are not the best offers available historically on these cards, they are better than the normal offers. The only offers included in this list are offers higher than the normal signup bonus.
The new Barclaycard JetBlue cards are now open for applications! Back in February, I posted about the JetBlue transition from American Express to Barclaycard, and as of today, you can apply for one of these new cards. There are actually 4 cards, 3 of which are new. The fourth card is what American Express customers will receive and is not open to new applications at this time.
United is great for booking award travel since they don’t charge high taxes or surcharges, and using United to book Lufthansa Business Class is great for other reasons as well. Sometimes you may be looking for award availability for more than 2 people, and this means that you can pretty much forget about First Class. The availability isn’t there. With Business Class, you have a chance to find award availability for a larger group. In this post, I’m going to share a recent award flight search for a group of 6 people.
These are the top credit card offers for March 2016. Although some of them are not the best offers available historically on these cards, they are better than the normal offers. The only offers included in this list are offers higher than the normal signup bonus.
Amex Business card bonuses are now also restricted to ONCE per lifetime! This is horrible news for many of us. The language for these offers used to read that if you have not had the card within the previous 12 months you could receive the bonus again, but now that language is missing from all of the business cards. It states that if you have had the product in the past, that you are not eligible to receive the bonus again.
There is currently a 10K referral bonus on the Chase Sapphire Preferred and Ink Plus! This is the time to apply for Chase cards before the 5/24 rule takes effect on ALL of their credit cards. If you, your friends or family are wanting to apply for one of these cards, you can help each other out and send a referral for a 10,000 point bonus.
As we posted last week, Chase may start applying the 5/24 rule to ALL of their cards starting in April. That means that if you have 5 or more new cards (including authorized users) in the previous 24 months, you will be denied for ANY new card application. In this post, I am going to highlight some of the better Chase cards that you should consider getting before the rule change.
There are now 22 new hotels you can book with Marriott points! Marriott announced this week that the Marriott Rewards program is being expanded to include Delta Hotels & Resorts, with hotels throughout Canada and also in Florida. 22 hotels are being added now, with another 14 becoming available in late April. You can now earn and redeem points at these locations.
There are several rewards cards that offer bonus categories in restaurants, but which is the best rewards card for restaurants? There are several points to consider, and in this post I am going to discuss what are in my opinion the 5 best options and which is, in my opinion, the best. Whichever card you decide to use will depend on your end goal with earning points.
Today I am going to talk about my top 5 cards. People that know that I am into travel rewards often ask me which cards I use. I have a fairly lengthy list of credit cards compared to most people, but 90% of my spending goes on these 5 cards! There are other cards that I have mainly for the benefits, but my spending goes on this group of 5 cards. In this post, I am going to discuss each card and how they all fit into a larger rewards strategy.
